Your process starts by meeting with one of our qualified Housing Consultants, Bob Martin, or Brian Hendricks. With over 30 years of building experience they will be your primary point of contact. They will help you select a proven floor plan or assist with custom designing a home that is perfectly tailored to your needs and lifestyle with the custom features you are looking for.
They can even help you with financing, including our own in-house construction financing. If you do not own land and are looking to purchase property, our sales team can help you with that as well. Construction Team
Before construction actually begins, you will start working with our
on-site construction managers. Don Ray, our on-site construction manager has the experience of nearly
250 building projects consisting of new homes, additions, garages and commercial projects.
His forte is complete project management and will guide you through each step of construction needed to complete your home. Our building process ensures that the project goes as smooth as possible, as planned, and with high standards that we set for our contractors and ourselves.
With so much experience in place, our construction team will provide their expertise in assisting with and completing all the necessary steps needed to finish your home on time and within budget.

Martin’s Country Homes can help you design the home of your dreams using Computer-Assisted-Design technology (CAD). Any existing plan can be customized to meet your individual needs, or our in-house CAD designer, Cindy Martin, can help you design one completely and more specific to your taste.

Debbie performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors and is the liaison between sales representatives and construction staff based out of the Mechanic Falls office.
